Job summary

Sun & Ski Sports in Conway, NH, seeks an All Shop Lead to act as the senior technical expert in the Bike and Snow Service Center, delivering outstanding service and maintaining high workmanship standards. You will perform advanced bicycle, ski, and snowboard service, train technicians, coordinate workflows, and serve as a key resource for customers and store teams.

Qualifications

• One year of lead shop experience or senior technician experience.
• Two years of bicycle shop, ski shop, service center, or related retail experience.
• Strong knowledge of bicycle assembly, repair, diagnostics, ski tuning, and snowboard service.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians.
• Passion for cycling, skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor recreation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced bicycle repairs, assembly, maintenance, and diagnostics.
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning, mounting, adjustments, and repairs.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Maintain service records electronically.
• Review completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Consult with customers regarding repair needs and service recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service process.
