Job summary

Biote Medical, a world leader in hormone optimization, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive physician partnerships in the Kansas City area. This field‑based remote role focuses on recruiting practitioners, developing practices, and delivering Biote’s training to providers and their teams.

You will identify and convert prospects, conduct training, and build enduring partnerships to grow Biote’s presence. Expect ~20% travel and a 40–50 hour work week with a home office setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical device/biotech.
• Ability to travel ~20% of the month.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for physician and staff training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard physician and practitioner partners.
• Develop practice relationships and drive Biote method adoption with providers.
• Conduct training for physicians, staff, and patients on Biote programs.
• Present Biote’s protocols and educational materials to groups and at events.
• Manage sales prospects, set appointments, and close deals to meet targets.
