Job summary

Biote Medical, a leader in hormone optimization, seeks a District Manager to recruit physicians and practitioners into partnerships. You will drive practice development, present training programs, and manage leads, events, and CRM activities to exceed monthly targets.

This field-based remote role requires travel and strong medical knowledge. You’ll partner with providers to expand BHRT offerings and support patient education, with a focus on growth and high-quality care in the Eastern Denver/CO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical device/biotech.
• Ability to travel ~20% of the month.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy.
• Conduct physician, staff and patient training on Biote protocols.
• Research and evaluate physicians in assigned areas.
• Present Biote training and business program to physicians and staff.
• Recruit physicians and practitioners through proactive prospecting and meetings.
• Cultivate partnerships to grow practices and maintain ≥60% patient retention.
• Manage contracts, paperwork and payments for training attendees.
• Conduct monthly patient education seminars as needed.
• Update sales activities in the CRM and close monthly targets.
