Zusammenfassung

Biote Medical is seeking a Territory Manager to support the St. Petersburg territory. This field-based remote role focuses on recruiting physicians and practitioners into partnerships to deliver Biote’s BHRT programs.

You will train providers, manage relationships, and drive sales through events, seminars, and targeted outreach. The position requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (medical device/biotech preferred), strong communication skills, and travel about 20% monthly.

Qualifikationen

• Strong teamwork, written and oral communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of the month.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Aufgaben

• Acquire and retain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy using Biote materials and external sources.
• Train physicians, staff and patients on Biote protocols and resources.
• Read and understand medical studies relevant to Biote offerings.
• Evaluate physicians in assigned areas based on Biote criteria.
• Present Biote training and programs to physicians, NP/PA staff and office personnel.
• Recruit suitable physicians and practitioners through prospecting and presentations.
• Grow partnerships and maintain patient retention of 60%+ where possible.
• Manage contracts, paperwork and payments for attendee participation in trainings.
• Conduct monthly patient education seminars for trained practitioners.
• Assist Office Manager/Marketing with email, social media, and website content.
• Prospect for new leads and attend marketing events for prospects and clients.
• Update CRM with all sales activities and close monthly targets.
• Respond to emails promptly and perform other duties as required.
