Job summary

Biote Medical is seeking a Territory Manager to drive physician partnerships and practice development in the Charlotte area. This field-based remote role requires engaging healthcare providers, presenting Biote’s BHRT program, and expanding Biote’s patient base through education events and strategic outreach.

You will train physicians and staff, manage leads, and collaborate with marketing to grow partnerships while meeting sales targets and maintaining high retention. Travel ~20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with clients.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical device/biotech.
• Strong work ethic and time management.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of month.
• 40–50 hours per week, Monday–Friday, may extend as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and home office setup required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy.
• Conduct physician, staff and patient training on Biote’s protocols.
• Read and understand medical studies.
• Evaluate physicians based on Biote criteria.
• Present Biote training and business program to physicians and staff.
• Recruit physicians and practitioners into partnerships.
• Build partnerships to grow practices and maintain patient retention.
• Coordinate contracts, paperwork, and payments for training attendees.
• Lead monthly patient education seminars.
• Support Office Manager/Marketing with email and social content.
• Prospect for new leads and set appointments.
• Attend marketing and sales events and close sales to meet targets.
• Update CRM with sales activities.
• Respond to emails promptly.
• Perform other duties as required.
