Job summary

Biote Medical is seeking a Territory Manager for the Charlotte/Western NC region to recruit physicians and practitioners into Biote partnerships, delivering hormone replacement therapy education and Biote Method training.

You will prospect, present, and close sales, supporting practice development and patient education while traveling about 20% of the time and maintaining strong CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical device/biotech.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Travel up to 20% of the month as required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy through Biote materials.
• Train physicians, staff and patients on Biote protocols and resources.
• Prospect, cold call, and develop practice partnerships with physicians.
• Recruit physicians and practitioners, and cultivate mutually productive partnerships.
• Support marketing, referrals, and CRM data entry; maintain training attendance.
• Close sales monthly to meet or exceed targets; manage communications via email.
