Job summary

Biote Medical is seeking a driven Territory Manager to recruit qualified physicians and practitioners into Biote partnerships, delivering biotech BHRT solutions to patients and the public. This field-based role focuses on training, relationship development, and sales within HI and AK, with remote field duties and a strong emphasis on education and program expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical device, diagnostics, and/or biotech.
• Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy and Biote materials.
• Train physicians, staff and patients on Biote protocols and resources.
• Identify and evaluate physicians in assigned areas for partnerships.
• Present Biote programs to physicians and staff to generate leads and close sales.
• Recruit physicians and practitioners; maintain productive partnerships and high patient retention.
