Job summary

Biote Medical in Houston is seeking a driven Territory Manager to recruit physicians and practitioners into partnerships and to promote the Biote Method. You will develop relationships, educate providers on BHRT and healthy aging, and drive practice growth through training and outreach.

Daily responsibilities include physician training, prospecting, and closing sales while maintaining timely CRM updates. This is a field-based remote role requiring travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical device/biotech.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of the month.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy and Biote materials.
• Train physicians, staff and patients on Biote’s business protocols and programs.
• Prospect and recruit physicians/practitioners for partnerships.
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Update CRM with sales activities and outcomes.
