Job summary

Biote Medical in Florida seeks a Territory Manager to recruit physicians into Biote partnerships, grow practice adoption of the Biote Method, and deliver training to clinicians and staff. This field-based role emphasizes relationship development, prospecting, and closing sales through events and meetings.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication, and ability to travel; a home office setup and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business model, preferably medical device, diagnostics, and/or biotech.
• Ability to travel in order to do business, approximately 20% of the month.
• Scheduled hours are 40 to 50 hours per week Monday through Friday but may be extended as required to execute the tasks assigned.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the state/province in which the individual resides and a good driving record is required.
• Home office capability is required with reliable high‑speed internet access.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain extensive knowledge of hormone replacement therapy through Biote materials and external sources.
• Conduct physician, staff and patient training on Biote protocols including marketing, financial, therapy, forms, seminars, and online resources.
• Read and understand medical and scientific studies relevant to Biote’s offerings.
• Evaluate physicians in assigned areas based on Biote criteria.
• Present Biote’s training and business program to physicians, NPs, PAs, and office staff.
• Recruit suitable physicians and practitioners through professional prospecting and presentations.
• Cultivate partnerships with practitioners to grow practices and maintain patient retention.
