Job summary

Biote Corp. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive practice development and sales of Biote’s BHRT program with physicians and practitioners in the Tallahassee area.

You will recruit, educate, and support providers, manage relationships, and close deals within Biote’s price matrix. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B medical sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel about 20% of each month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical device/biotech.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel ~20% of the month.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain extensive knowledge of hormone replacement therapy and Biote materials.
• Train physicians, staff, and patients on Biote programs and protocols.
• Identify physicians for partnerships and leads in assigned territory.
• Present Biote’s training and business program to clinicians and staff.
• Recruit physicians and practitioners through targeted prospecting and presentations.
• Manage partnerships to grow practices and maintain 60%+ patient retention.
• Coordinate contracts, paperwork, and payments for training attendees.
• Conduct monthly patient education seminars and support offices.
• Assist with email marketing, social media, and website info under office/marketing leadership.
• Prospect for new leads and attend marketing/sales events.
• Update CRM with sales activities and close monthly targets.
