Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive beverage sales in assigned accounts and develop new business through territory planning, merchandising, and relationship building. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to meet company goals and expand market share.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proven experience in beverage sales, with travel local to the Bend, Oregon area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales Fundamentals (CSP) training required; CSP certification preferred.
• Cicerone level one within 1 year of start date.
• Minimum 2 years prior beverage sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory expenses per policy.
• Interact respectfully with departments, suppliers and customers.
• Support rotation and merchandising of products.
• Complete required training to improve performance.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, non-alcoholic, food trends, and market share.
• Create opportunities and develop customer programs.
• Submit reports, plans, trackers, surveys and expense logs by due date.
• Sell Columbia Distributing portfolio in all accounts.
• Aim for visibility equal to or greater than competitors.
• Increase distribution of core brands over baseline.
• Meet MVP standards across accounts and drive annual goals.
