Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a hands-on supervisor for Food and Beverage operations. You will supervise staff in the assigned venue, ensure service standards are met, and support management by deploying resources for excellent guest service.

You will also supervise Blue Oak Bar Services and contribute to training and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, extensive guest service experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic casino

Qualifications

Two years of supervisory or management experience in bar services.
Three years of cash-handling and guest service experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Ensure Food and Beverage services follow Beverage Services Manager guidance and standards.
Monitor training of personnel, including service sequence and guest service standards.
Ensure compliance with casino policies, procedures and regulations.
Be visible on the outlets and beverage/Casino floor during shifts.
Assist with work and break schedules and team member evaluations.
Mentor and coach team members to progress career development.
Meet guests to resolve concerns per guest service standards.
