Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three (3) years of cash handling and guest service experience required.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of beverage strategic plans to maximize profitability and meet F&B goals.
• Ensure services align with Casino Service Standards and performance objectives.
• Train staff on service sequences, ServSafe and guest service standards; provide tools for duties.
• Maintain compliance with beverage policies, procedures and regulations.
• Be visible on the casino floor, coordinate schedules and team evaluations.
• Mentor and coach team members to progress in their careers.
• Host staff meetings and report beverage activity in meetings.
