Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Resort is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, greet guests, and assist staff with high-quality service. You will handle orders, process payments, and verify ages for alcohol service.

Experience in bartending and cash handling is required, along with ABC certification and the ability to pass background checks. The role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow in a busy casino setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years working in food/beverage and/or hospitality industry required.
• One year of bartending work required, unless waived by hiring manager.
• ABC certificate of safe alcohol server training required.
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, promote a positive atmosphere.
• Accept orders for drinks and food, relay to staff, and prepare in a timely manner.
• Maintain bar inventory and ensure proper sanitation and display of items.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages per customer specs and ABC rules.
• Enter orders at POS, generate checks, and balance cash at end of shift.
• Ensure ID checks and responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Participate in staff meetings and follow safety policies.
