Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a friendly, attentive restaurant busser to support servers and bartenders. You will pre-buss, clear and reset tables, stock dining areas, and maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests in a fast-paced casino dining setting.

The role emphasizes professional appearance, timely service, and strong teamwork to ensure smooth operations during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service principles.
• Ability to learn kitchen equipment and utensils maintenance.
• Ability to provide friendly customer service and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-busses, clears and resets tables; keeps chairs and work areas clean.
• Carries dirty dishes to the kitchen and wipes surfaces with sanitizing cloth.
• Sets tables with silverware, glassware, and napkins.
• Replenishes napkins, silverware, glassware, and dishes as needed.
• Refills water, coffee, iced tea, and bread for guests promptly.
• Greets guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assists servers and bartenders; participates in side work as assigned.
• Attends staff meetings; follows health and safety guidelines.
• Maintains a welcoming appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
• Executes service standards as trained and contributes to teamwork.
