Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Bartender/Barback to assist the bar staff, prepare drinks, and ensure guests meet alcohol service requirements.

You will restock supplies, maintain a clean bar, handle orders at the POS, and provide prompt, courteous service. The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of beverages and garnishes, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a casino environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of guest service experience.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
• Must obtain and maintain gaming license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and creates a friendly atmosphere.
• Fill ice for all the wells.
• Prepare fruit trays and garnishes; ensure back-up garnishes.
• Restock bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices, etc.
• Check draught beers; ensure they are working and not empty.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages accurately and without waste.
• Inputs orders at the POS; create checks and maintain accountability of beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and wash glassware.
