Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking an energetic bartender to prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, handle guest payments, and ensure age verification. You will maintain bar setup, assist wait staff, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires knowledge of beverage preparation, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. ABC server training is required or pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ABC server training may be required.
• Minimum 2 years in food/beverage or hospitality.
• At least 1 year bartending experience unless waived by manager.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, guest service, attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Promote and document drink orders, including call and premium brands.
• Inspect menus daily and present to guests.
• Input orders at POS and generate checks; balance and settle payments.
• Prepare and serve cocktails/beverages accurately and per ABC rules.
• Maintain bar area and glassware; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Balance house bank at start and end of shift; handle cash responsibly.
• Attend staff meetings and follow safety policies.
