Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of casino dining outlets under the Restaurant Services Manager.

You will ensure service quality, safety, and financial performance while guiding staff through coaching, training and performance management. The role requires strong leadership, guest service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of cash handling and guest service experience required.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food and Beverage outlets operations under the Restaurant Services Manager.
• Counsel, train and discipline staff; plan, delegate, monitor and evaluate tasks.
• Coordinate staffing for servers, bartenders, expediters, and bussers to ensure optimum levels.
• Monitor operations to increase revenue, reduce costs and protect assets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Oversee sanitation, cleanliness, and safe work environment; ensure policy compliance.
• Lead staff meetings and report status of activities to leadership.
• Assist with inventories, purchasing logs and monthly supply audits.
