Job summary

Martignetti Companies seeks a results-driven sales professional to advance and secure beverage sales within an assigned Des Moines market. You will work to secure new accounts and service existing ones, traveling within the territory to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities include visiting customers, preparing quotes and delivery dates, and supporting promotions and merchandising efforts. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with occasional night/weekend activity for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in beverage distribution.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by company policy.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Pursue leads, visit existing and new customers, assess needs, and prepare quotes, delivery dates and service obligations.
• Develop product knowledge and company offerings by collaborating with a senior sales representative.
• May handle customer inquiries and merchandising activities at accounts; travel to customers as needed.
