Job summary

Breakthru Beverage California, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships across Oakland Downtown. You will plan routes, present products, and drive merchandising and promotions to maximize supplier brand sales while meeting company objectives.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Expect compensation with base salary plus uncapped commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes account base and identifies opportunities; supports surveys and compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations highlighting products, placements and promotions.
• Maintains product levels and restocks shelves where permissible.
• Educates staff on priority brands through training seminars.
• Manages account receivables and processes credits/returns.
• Delivers products to customers and handles issues and complaints.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives and plans monthly branding.
