Breakthru Beverage Group in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships across Sacramento South, driving sales of supplier brands through planning, selling, and clear communication.

You will visit accounts on daily routes, deliver compelling presentations, manage inventory, educate staff, handle receivables, and support openings with the Field Sales Manager, earning base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs including presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong communication, diplomacy and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Visits each account to identify opportunities and ensures account compliance.
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations highlighting products, placements and promotions.
• Maintains product levels by stocking shelves where permissible.
• Educates staff on priority brands via training seminars.
• Manages receivables by processing credits and returns and communicating with accounts.
• Delivers products to customers and handles issues, referring to management as needed.
• Assists with openings by developing opening orders with the Field Sales Manager.
• Participates in supplier work with sales calls and blitzes.
• Maintains safe, responsible interactions with the public.
