Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Business Development Manager to strategically grow the SGWS business through influential leadership in our Sales organization. This full-time role requires 3–5 years in industry-related sales, a BS in Business Administration or related field, and strong analytical and communication skills.

The BDM will drive revenue and margin targets, analyze quarterly projections, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize account performance in the assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, margin, and gross profit targets as directed by Sales Director.
• Communicate local program spend to maximize profits and ROI on initiatives.
• Analyze and forecast quarterly and monthly business for assigned territory.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team and resolve conflicts with key accounts in region.
• Identify market trends and product category developments to stay competitive.
