Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant in Houston to visit customers, conduct consultative conversations, and grow revenue. You will build strong relationships, build growth plans for accounts, analyze data to identify opportunities, and document activities in CRM while staying current on SGWS products and offerings.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, travel as needed, and collaborating with suppliers to meet objectives, with a competitive compensation package

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication techniques in a professional manner.
• Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
• Able to communicate effectively and tailor messages to the audience.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities in CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly and document notes in CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions to customers and close sales using consultative selling.
