Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth and expand product distribution across retail accounts. You will ensure execution standards, rotate stock, and build strong partnerships with store managers and buyers to meet volume goals and brand visibility.

You will identify new markets, coordinate with delivery and merchandising teams, and support promotions, planograms, and education for retailers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in beverage sales, merchandising, or route execution preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share through targeted selling and expanding distribution across relevant categories.
• Present and promote a broad portfolio of brands to retailers, and align with promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Increase shelf space and secure primary placements for core SKUs.
• Launch and execute sales promotions to drive lift and distribution wins.
• Build relationships with store managers, buyers, and decision-makers through communication and execution.
• Conduct regular account visits to monitor execution, inventory, and orders.
