Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of accounts.

You will use fact-based selling and strong relationship skills to meet annual objectives and help scale our commercial strategy across multiple channels. The role requires 1+ year in sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a variable schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Food/beverage industry experience preferred.
• Ability to create and conduct sales presentations required.
• Valid driver's license required and must maintain vehicle liability insurance.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for work.
• Ability to work variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generates sales growth in assigned account base through execution of commercial strategies and contracts.
• Builds and maintains profitable customer relationships.
• Executes and closes all sales calls daily.
• Ensures execution of all pre-sold elements for full duration of program.
• Sells incremental packages, displays and equipment.
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders including The Center of Support and other field roles.
