Job summary

Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead the hotel’s restaurant, bars and banquets with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, forecasting and beverage cost controls, plus training and ensuring compliance with all laws and procedures. You’ll coordinate special events and partner with culinary and service teams to maintain high standards in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in food & beverage management at upscale properties.
• Experience with scheduling, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; capable of training staff.

Responsibilities

• The Beverage Manager will oversee restaurant, bars and banquets within the hotel.
• Coordinate scheduling, forecasting, and beverage inventory (ordering and cost).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and operating procedures.
• Assist in coordinating special events at the hotel.
