Qualifications

• Ability to follow SOPs and health/safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages across restaurant and banquet settings.
• Explain menu selections and ensure accurate orders in POS.
• Check IDs per Utah law and adhere to liquor-pour regulations.
• Restock, clean, and reset bar areas between service blocks.
• Assist in setup/teardown of event bars and maintain brand standards.
