Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a professional Bartender for Canopy by Hilton at Deer Valley in Utah. You will blend beverage execution, mixology, and bar management to deliver exceptional service in both restaurant and banquet settings.

You will ensure compliance with Utah liquor laws, manage beverage service with a focus on guest experience, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in hotel/restaurant/bar settings.
• Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol under Utah law.
• Experience with hospitality POS systems preferred.
• Must obtain Utah DABS Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must obtain local Food Handler's Permit within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders with knowledge of local offerings.
• Verify guest age using approved IDs and comply with Utah liquor laws.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and care.
• Input orders into POS accurately and manage timing for service.
• Support banquets and event beverage service as needed.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and proper stock levels throughout shifts.
