Job summary

Refresco is hiring for a production operator in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. The role supports production lines, ensures GMPs and PPE adherence, reads schedules, maintains equipment and performs minor maintenance, and collaborates across departments to boost quality and reduce waste.

Candidates should have high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and potential forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment; beverage production experience preferred.
• Ability to understand production machinery and forklifts, including awareness of technical issues.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Basic mathematical abilities.
• Ability to read gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Formal training in WHMIS, HACCP, Hygiene preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse or production areas.
• Follow the production schedule and report issues.
• Maintain production flow by supporting equipment and supplying materials.
• Record production and quality data and downtime reports.
• Perform equipment sanitation and minor maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Complete cross training and other duties as assigned.
