Job summary

Refresco is seeking an in-plant crew member to support high-speed beverage production in a factory setting. You will follow GMPs, wear PPE, and monitor quality and sanitation per corporate standards.

You will read schedules, manage material flow to equipment, and perform minor maintenance while adhering to safety and food safety requirements. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Firm understanding of production machinery and forklifts.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Basic mathematical abilities.
• Ability to read gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• WHIMIS/HACCP training preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure food quality and safety per SQF standards and corporate guidelines.
• Read and follow a production schedule and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow and supply materials to equipment; perform minor servicing.
• Follow SOPs for quality, sanitation, and equipment changeovers.
• Record necessary information for production and quality records.
• Perform equipment maintenance and sanitation; support cross-training.
