Refresco is seeking a skilled production teammate to support our fast-paced beverage manufacturing facility. You will follow GMPs and safety protocols, monitor lines for quality, and assist in maintaining overall production efficiency.

The role requires familiarity with production schedules, equipment operation, and basic maintenance tasks, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP is preferred.
• Forklift operation and safety awareness.
• Able to read production schedules and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Maintain production line quality by monitoring for defects.
• Record production data and downtime.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
