Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking team members for our production and warehouse areas. You will monitor material flow, adhere to safety and GMP standards, and perform routine equipment changeovers and sanitation tasks to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires following production schedules, reading measurements, and reporting deviations promptly. You’ll work with multiple departments to boost quality and reduce waste while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow production schedules and report deviations.
• Read imperial and metric measurements for changeovers.
• GMPs and PPE compliance in work areas.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring materials and supplying raw materials as needed.
• Follow SOPs and perform equipment changeovers with accurate measurements (imperial/metric).
• Record downtime and quality data for production and QA records.
• Perform sanitation tasks and assist with cross-training and general plant duties.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
