Job summary

Refresco is seeking to fill a production associate role in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. You will adhere to GMPs, wear PPE, and follow production schedules to maintain smooth operation and quality control.

Responsibilities include monitoring machinery, feeding raw materials, documenting downtime, and collaborating with teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Prior experience in beverage production is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production schedules and communicate issues.
• Adherence to GMP, quality, and safety policies at all times.
• Able to perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Accurate recording of production data and downtime.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery and supplying materials.
• Follow quality and line SOPs and perform sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Record downtime and production data; assist with equipment changes.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and support inventory management as needed.
