Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a production operator for our fast-paced beverage facility in Texas. You will read production schedules, feed materials to machinery, monitor operations, and perform routine maintenance and sanitation to ensure smooth production lines.

Applicants with 1–3 years in manufacturing, GMP training, and forklift certification preferred. The role requires ability to work varied shifts including weekends and overtime in a busy plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Adeptness in basic mathematics and accurate record-keeping.
• Formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, etc. is preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies and wear PPE while in the warehouse or production areas.
• Follow GMPs and ensure food quality and safety per corporate and regulatory standards (e.g., SQF).
• Read and follow production schedules, communicate deviations to the appropriate party.
• Maintain production flow by supplying raw materials and performing minor servicing as needed.
• Record downtime and quality data; maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform equipment sanitation and assist in general plant sanitation and inventory management.
