Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. operates a fast-paced beverage production facility seeking a Machine Operator to run lines efficiently and safely. You will monitor equipment, ensure product quality, and support downtime documentation while maintaining accurate records throughout shifts.

Experience in manufacturing, especially in beverage production, is preferred. The role requires adherence to GMPs, safety protocols, and willingness to train on site. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School certification or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in beverage production is a plus.
• Willingness to be trained on company SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain production flow and monitor machinery for issues.
• Read and follow production schedules; communicate deviations.
• Record downtime and quality data; maintain accurate logs.
• Perform equipment changeovers and assist with routine maintenance.
• Cross-train with other roles and support sanitation efforts.
