Job summary

Refresco in Tampa, FL is seeking a production/warehouse associate to support high-speed beverage manufacturing. You will follow GMPs, operate equipment, monitor production schedules, and ensure accurate quality records.

The role requires ability to read imperial and metric measurements, perform minor maintenance, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Forklift experience and willingness to work varied shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment is preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules and follow SOPs precisely.
• Basic math, measurement reading, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in production areas.
• Follow GMPs and food safety standards such as SQF where applicable.
• Read and follow a production schedule; communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow by supplying materials and minor maintenance.
• Follow QA and line SOPs; perform equipment changeovers with measurements.
• Record downtime and maintain documentation for production and quality.
• Perform sanitation tasks in the work area as assigned.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Identify production issues from visual and auditory cues and escalate.
• Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.
• Cross-train and assist with inventory management and additional duties.
