Job summary

Refresco, a leading beverage bottler, invites experienced production operators to maintain high-speed production lines in a fast-paced plant environment in Pennsylvania. You will follow GMPs, ensure food safety, and keep detailed production records while supporting cross-functional teams to meet targets.

The role requires reading schedules, basic math, and potential forklift certification. Overtime and varied shifts may be required to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School certification or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies, and PPE requirements in warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain production flow by supplying materials and performing minor servicing as needed.
• Read and follow production schedules and communicate deviations to the appropriate teams.
• Keep downtime and quality records accurate and up to date.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Sanitize equipment and work areas as assigned by leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and assist with inventory management as needed.
