Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a warehouse/production team member to support fast-paced beverage manufacturing. You will adhere to GMPs, operate forklifts, monitor line flow, and help maintain quality programs on the floor.

The role requires reading schedules, basic math, and HACCP/GMP awareness. Overtime and varied shifts are possible to meet production targets and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
Ability to read production schedules and communicate issues clearly.
Basic mathematical abilities and unit/measurement literacy.
WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene training preferred.

Responsibilities

Adhere to GMPs and PPE policies in warehouse/production areas.
Monitor production flow, supply raw materials, and perform minor servicing as needed.
Record production and quality data accurately in logs.
Perform equipment sanitation and routine maintenance when required.
Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
Assist in training new employees and identify material defects.
