Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a production associate for our fast-paced beverage facility in Texas. You will operate and troubleshoot line equipment, monitor quality, and help maintain production schedules while adhering to GMP and SQF standards.

We value safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to train, develop skills, and support a high-output environment. The role requires flexibility for shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School certification or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE; follow health and safety policies in warehouse/production.
• Ensure food quality and safety per SQF standards.
• Acquire knowledge of line equipment and related hardware.
• Follow production schedule; communicate changes to Supervisor.
• Monitor line for defects and material issues affecting quality or waste.
• Record downtime and production data accurately.
• Train new employees and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
