Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator Lead to oversee high-speed production lines, ensure quality, and drive efficiency.

Reporting to the Supervisor Production, you will monitor equipment, perform changeovers, and coordinate with teams on safety and GMP compliance. The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, forklift knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Solid understanding of production machinery and forklifts.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies while operating equipment.
• Monitor lines for defects and ensure product quality.
• Perform changeovers efficiently with correct settings.
• Record downtime and production data accurately.
• Train new employees and support shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve yield and quality.
