Job summary

Refresco Kansas is seeking a dependable production operator to support our fast-paced beverage manufacturing line. You will adhere to GMPs, operate and troubleshoot equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role includes following schedules, performing line changeovers, maintaining records, and assisting training. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required; forklift certification may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Monitor line for defects and document issues.
• Follow production schedule and communicate issues to Supervisor.
• Perform changeovers and ensure correct settings and parts.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Maintain production and quality records and perform basic maintenance.
