Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a production operator to support high-speed beverage manufacturing on-site in Texas. You will monitor production lines, load raw materials, and perform basic equipment maintenance while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, ability to read schedules, and adherence to GMP/HACCP guidelines. Overtime and weekend work may be required in a fast-paced plant environment with heat and noise.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to production schedules.
• Formal training in safety and quality systems recommended.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain production flow and supply raw materials to equipment.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Perform equipment maintenance and sanitation as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and efficiency.
