Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is hiring for a production/warehouse role in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. You will monitor production, manage material flow, and ensure accurate records while following safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities include equipment changeovers, sanitation, data capture, and teamwork across departments to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Prior experience in a similar setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear required PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring materials and addressing issues.
• Follow SOPs and perform equipment changeovers with correct measurements.
• Record production and quality data; keep downtime reports up to date.
• Perform sanitation duties and assist with cross-training as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
