Job summary

Refresco Beverages, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Supervisor Production to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety and safety policies.

You will drive process improvements and maintain production efficiency to meet daily targets. The role requires a minimum of 3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably beverages, with high school diploma or higher and a degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably beverages.
• SAP prior experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Supervise personnel to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, food safety and health and safety policies.
• Drive process improvements, labor reporting, and efficiency.
