Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct management experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the site's quality department and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Directly manage the Quality team to achieve KPIs and maintain morale.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CFIA, and all regulatory standards.
