Electrical Automation Services seeks a Manufacturing Controls Engineer for its Glendale, AZ facility. You will program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on high-speed beverage lines, serving as the on-shift controls expert.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial automation, strong PLC/HMI skills, and the ability to mentor maintenance staff while driving reliability and throughput improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming on high-speed production lines.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and modify control programs.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networking.

Responsabilités

• Serve as on-shift controls expert for automated processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and network issues to restore production.
• Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality and throughput.
