Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial automation experience on high-speed production lines.
• Hands-on PLC programming and ladder logic development.
• Able to read electrical schematics and control drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shift controls and automation support for production lines.
• Diagnose PLC/HMI/VFD/motion-control issues and implement fixes.
• Develop and execute control projects to improve safety, quality and throughput.
• Maintain documentation, backups and change records; mentor technicians.
