Qualifications

• Bachelor-level not required; associate degree accepted in related field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a high-volume beverage operation.
• Knowledge of local/state/federal alcohol regulations and licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day beverage operation across venues and bars.
• Manage scheduling, training, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and waste logs are accurate.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and maintenance of beverage equipment and areas.
• Collaborate with venue leadership on goals and cost controls.
• Resolve staff and guest concerns in a timely, professional manner.
