Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Supervisor in Food & Beverage to oversee scheduling and the daily operation of our venues. You will guide line-level staff, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to Enterprise standards.

You will partner with venue leaders to drive sales, manage costs, and maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance across the department. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant, customer service or related experience.
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of the minimum education requirement.
• ServSafe certification and RBS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and daily operation of Food and Beverage venues to ensure best-in-class service and adherence to standards.
• Lead training for line-level staff to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with venue leadership to drive sales, profitability and cost control.
• Ensure safety, health requirements and department-wide training are completed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the workspace; uphold safety and security standards.
