Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Manager of Food & Beverage to lead all FOH operations across venues, ensuring profitability and top-tier service. Your role includes training, staff development, and maintaining Yaamava’s brand standards in a fast-paced casino resort environment.

You will partner with the venue Chef to optimize food costs, monitor inventory, and drive customer satisfaction, while supervising scheduling and staff performance to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of three years in restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Minimum of three years in supervisory role; bar experience preferred.
• Related experience may be substituted for education.

Responsibilities

• Is accountable for FOH team members; implement training to align with brand standards.
• Ensure optimal operations during business hours and handle customer complaints.
• Manage venue budgets: revenue, food cost, expenses, headcount, profit; report variances.
• Collaborate with venue Chef to manage food costs and menu appeal.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize replacement costs; prevent waste.
• Oversee cleanliness, sanitation and equipment maintenance; schedule adherence.
• Perform other duties to support department efficiency.
